about us

Perceptive.  Professional.  Perfectionist.

Mobilisation is a boutique agency in Evanston started by people with many years of experience in the corporate communications and meeting production industry. We're made up of producers, creative directors, designers, and technical directors.

We've formed Mobilisation because we wanted a company where our small size allowed us to truly focus on our clients. It gives us the rare luxury of working with national and international clients that we feel are a perfect fit based on our capabilities and philosophy.

We think it's this commitment to our clients and our ability to both understand the message and communicate it creatively that makes us unique.

Our clients would agree:

"When I look for a creative partner, creative supplier, obviously the first thing that you look for is a track record of really superior design and superior execution. But probably more important than that is finding someone who can understand the business purpose behind our communications agenda and who truly understands what the business is all about."

Frances Lewis, Former SVP Corporate Communications, Equity Office Properties

"A few years ago we did a major non-profit event in Washington D.C. with an organization called the LC. We had 1800 people at a dinner. If we had not had Mobilisation with us, as our partner, as a long-term partner, who understood not only our values, but our personality, as a company, our culture, as a company, that we expected the very best. That we wanted things to be timely, that we wanted things tied together – they shared that with us.  So it was a shared success, but they stayed behind the scenes, because they understood that their job was to help from behind the scenes, to make us look incredibly good."

Paula Banks, Former SVP of Global Diversity/Inclusion & Organizational Partnerships, PepsiCo

"A partnership is really another level above accountability, only because if I've chosen the right partner, the accountability is already there. It's at that point that the trust and integrity factor kicks in, and that's why I will typically choose a partner because of that personal connection."

Marquis Miller, VP of External Affairs, Chicago Urban League
