Candace Hrones
Candace founded Mobilisation in 1992 with Joe DeStefano. She had 13 previous years in the communications and events industry as an Executive Producer and VP of Production. She focuses her energy on managing complex and challenging projects, and delivering completed projects within the agreed budget.

Candace received her Bachelor of Arts degree from California University, Sacramento and a Masters of Fine Arts degree from the Art Institute of Chicago. She has had numerous showings of her paintings and photography over the years.


Joe DeStefano
With over 20 years of project management experience in the corporate communications and events industry, Joe is an expert in the technical aspects of event production. His knowledge includes labor procurement and union contracts, hotel and convention center logistics, and staging requirements and equipment. He contributes creative strategies to projects and pushes for excellence from both Mobilisation and the client.

Joe has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University of Chicago in Mass Communications.
